Welcome the Rain! is our fall event that celebrates the Pacific Northwests' rainy season and is designed to provide ideas to solve some of the challenges that stormwater brings to the urban environment. It is geared to address to the public's growing desire for more information on the topics of downspout disconnection, green streets and urban stormwater issues.

Our third annual Welcome the Rain stormwater festival was a wonderful success!
Over 300 people from the surrounding neighborhood and all over the Portland metro region came out to learn all the ways they can "Welcome the Rain". If you weren't able to make it this year, see one of the presentations from the numerous workshops offered this year.
