You've seen how quickly a new weed can take over, and how much work it takes to beat it back. Let's prevent the next new weed from getting started. If you see a plant you don't recognize popping up in your area, let us know. We have a list of the most likely next invaders here. Click on the plant name for a description and photos. We also have a free training coming up next week where you can see samples of these plants: Wednesday, June 1, 2010 at Mt. Hood Forest Headquarters (16400 Champion Way in Sandy) from 10:00 am—noon. Prohibited uses include politics, advertising, slander, and other such uses as determined from time to time. Guest users of EMSWCD interactive features such as forums, comment features, online forms, etc. should be respectful in their communications according to this Code of Conduct.
Interactive features are accessible to public visitors of all ages. Use of language inappropriate to minors and threatening, malicious comments, or offensive comments based on protected status or class under applicable law are prohibited.
Forums are monitored regularly and inappropriate/objectionable content deleted. Complaints and alerts from users about posts or comments will be reviewed for content violations. If reported posts are found to be objectionable or inappropriate, they will be deleted.
