We help people
care for their land.

This program helps me and other students learn about the environment and teaches us to be future leaders to help us and others.

Welcome to our weed control blog. The wonderful volunteer crews in Corbett asked us to create this blog to give you updates on our weed control projects. Of course, we will begin with the dreaded garlic mustard. If you are not familar with this plant, there is information about the plant and our control project page.

Garlic mustard update 5/11/2010: The weather is finally cooperating and we are getting caught up. We hired a crew from Wasco County to help us work on the Historic Columbia River Highway. The work began on Friday and we should finish today. We are only working in the right-of-way in the Corbett/Springdale area.
