EMSWCD is in no way responsible for the actions of anyone using this website. We do not guarantee in any way the manure offered or the veracity of any statement made by individuals using this site. Users of manure and compost materials and other soil amendments should be cautious, because the material may contain foreign objects, invasive plant seed, pesticide residues, or other contaminants. Unless the farmer has tested the pile to determine weed seed viability, EMSWCD recommends that you treat it as raw organic matter and compost it further before use.
